Billing software for coaches and trainers handles the business side of the practice: invoices for packages, sessions and workshops, monthly billing for ongoing clients, payments by UPI or card, and a clear record of who has paid.
PikZiy Books bills individuals and companies the same way, and keeps monthly clients invoicing themselves with recurring invoices.

Invoice the package with its terms for booking and unused sessions. Take it in full or in part; the invoice shows what's been paid and the balance due.

Turn a monthly client's invoice into a subscription. It is issued and emailed on the same day every month until the end date you set.

Invoice a company's training with their GSTIN, record the payment and the TDS they keep back, and send a statement that shows the account is settled.

Polite reminders go out before and after the due date with a button to pay, so you never have to raise money in a session.

Enter your session price, the package size and discount, how long a package lasts, and the income you want each month. See the package price, how many clients you need and how many sessions a week that means.
₹70,000 for 10 sessions
₹7,000 a session, ₹10,000 less than paying session by session.
Commercial coaching and training is usually billed under SAC 999293 at 18% GST once you are registered. Sessions a week assume clients use their sessions evenly. Nothing you type is saved.
Keep it running: recurring invoices for monthly clients and a polite payment reminder.

Billing software for coaches and trainers invoices sessions, packages and workshops, bills monthly coaching on schedule, takes payments online, and keeps a record of what each client has paid. It should work for individual clients and for companies that book training for their teams.
Invoice the package as one line, such as “Career coaching package, 10 sessions”, with the terms for booking and unused sessions. Take the full amount or a part payment up front; the invoice shows the balance due until it is paid.
Yes, on Business. Invoice the first month, then turn it into a subscription that invoices the client every month until the end date, issued and emailed on its date. The client pays each invoice from its link; nothing is charged to their card automatically.
Not yet. There is no session counter or booking calendar. Keep track of sessions in your calendar, and use the invoice for what was bought and paid.
Commercial coaching and training is generally taxable at 18%, usually under SAC 999293, once you are registered for GST. Exemptions apply to some education, such as recognised qualifications, not to most private coaching. Check your case with your CA.
Record what reached your bank and, separately, the TDS kept back with its section, usually 393 for professional fees (194J before April 2026). The invoice is settled, and on Business the TDS appears in your TDS report and the client's statement.
Yes. Clients can pay online through your own Razorpay, Cashfree or Easebuzz account, or pay you directly by UPI and attach the screenshot from the invoice link. You confirm it and it's recorded.
Yes. For an individual client, the place of supply comes from their address, so a coach in Karnataka charges IGST to a client in Tamil Nadu. PikZiy Books checks the tax against the state on every line.
On Business. A statement shows everything invoiced, paid and deducted as TDS for a client over any period, to print or download, which helps when a company's finance team reconciles at year-end.
Starter covers invoices, packages, payments and reminders for one person. Growth adds expenses, reports and GST returns. Business adds monthly coaching invoices that send themselves, client statements and the TDS report.
