PikZiy Books brings invoicing, purchases, stock, accounting, GST and collections together, so a business keeps one set of records instead of six.
PikZiy Books
Most small businesses keep their invoices in one tool, their stock in a spreadsheet, their books with an accountant, and their GST somewhere else. Every number gets typed more than once, and the copies drift apart.
PikZiy Books starts from the invoice. When you issue one, the same record updates your stock, posts a balanced entry to your books, appears in your GST returns and starts the follow-up until it is paid. Purchases work the same way from the other side.
It is built for India first: GST as it is filed, TDS on both sides, amounts in lakhs and crores, and payments that go straight into your own gateway account.

PikZiy Books is made by PikZiy Studio, a branding, design and web development studio on Baner Road in Pune. We run a business too: we invoice clients, file GST and follow up on payments, and we built the tool we wanted to use.
PikZiy Books is the first of several PikZiy tools for businesses.
