What is affordable billing software?

How much does PikZiy Books cost?
Prices are published when sign-ups open in November 2026. Everyone on the waitlist hears first. Every plan has unlimited invoices, quotes, customers and items; plans differ by features and team size.
Is there a limit on invoices or customers?
No. Every plan, Starter included, has unlimited invoices, quotes, credit notes, customers and items. Plans differ by features and the number of people who sign in, never by how much you bill.
Do you take a cut of my payments?
No. Online payments go through your own Razorpay, Cashfree or Easebuzz account straight to your bank. PikZiy Books never holds your money and adds nothing on top of your gateway's charges. Bank transfers and UPI payments to your own account cost nothing extra at all.
What costs extra?
Only two add-ons, and only if you need them: an extra user, for a teammate beyond your plan's limit, and packs of 1,000 extra emails a month. GST at 18% is added to the plan price, and a GST-registered business can claim it as input credit.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial, and you don't need a card to start it.
Is there a launch offer?
Yes. Businesses that sign up from 1 November 2026 to 30 April 2027 and pay for a year get 18 months for the price of 12, on any plan. It applies to the first yearly payment.
Is free billing software good enough?
For a few invoices a month, often yes. You start to pay in time instead of money when you need GST checks, payment tracking, reminders, receipts and reports, or a teammate in the same books. Our guide to free vs paid billing software has the details.
Can I start small and move up later?
Yes. Move to a bigger or smaller plan whenever your business changes. Your invoices, customers and payments stay as they are.
Does my CA need their own plan?
No. Invite them into your books as a team member; they count as one of your users.
What happens to my data if I stop paying?
Your data stays yours. Nothing is deleted when a plan ends, and if you leave we send you a copy of your records on request.
